A full refund will be applied to the original payment method for unworn, unwashed BELLA merchandise received within 30 days of the fulfillment date. A $5 restocking fee per item will be applied to all returns and exhanges.
We do not guarantee return receipt unless there is tracking on package return.

We will issue a refund for an item only if it is determined to be unwashed and unworn. This will be at the discretion of Kotis Receiving to determine if the garment(s) are in an unwashed and unworn condition. If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

Return shipping labels are at the expense of the customer. We offer you the option to use AfterShip, otherwise you have the ability to use any shipping service you desire. No, at this time we are only offering a certain number of sizes in each item and do not plan on restocking items that display as sold out on the website.
